We are experienced hosts having worked several seasons in both the Italian Dolomites and the French Alps, running luxury Chalets, attaining the highest standards to ensure guests are well fed, watered & equipped with local knowledge & walking/cycling/skiing routes.

We have an in house Chef, with experience at Michelin starred level, so opting for our Fully Catered service is a treat to be savoured.

Our fantastic lodge 'La Scierie',a converted sawmill, is based in a super location in the town of Quillan nestled in the Upper Aude Valley.

Quillan is the capital of the Pyrénées Audoises in both geographical and touristic terms. Standing at a major road junction, Quillan makes an ideal base from which to explore the entire picturesque region of the Pyrenean Piedmont plateau: the spectacular Sault region, the Fanges and Roquefortès forests, the Pierre-Lys, Rébenty, Saint Georges, Galamus and Agly gorges and other southern Corbières canyons. 

Surrounded by varying Mountainous terrain, the options for Hiking, Cycling, Climbing, Kayaking etc are endless. We are also within an hour and a half of the stunning Mediterranean beaches near Perpignan
